The PATIENT group had their 3rd consortium meeting in the beautiful city of Graz in Southern Austria last week. The consortium meeting was timed to co-incide with the Gesellschaft für Medizinische Ausbildung (GMA) (German Society for Medical Education) 2013 meeting which was themed “Tradition: Hemmschuh oder Chance?” (Tradition: Hindrance or Opportunity?)

The consortium members delivered a workshop on “Handover, how to learn, teach and implement?” and PATIENT team members presented a poster on “Medical Handover in Education- a Transeuropean Needs Analysis”. Pictured below are Susanne Druener and Lina Stieger from RWTH Aachen University, AIXTRA. Carola Orrego and Mariona Secanell of Fundacion Avedis Donabedian in Barcelona and Sasa Sopka of AIXTRA were also authors of this poster.
